She earned Master’s Degree in Audiology and Speech Rehabilitation in 1999 and is with Calipsonic now Calipsonic Care since then. She was deputed for advanced training to Austria, France, Malaysia and Sweden in Cochlear Implant MAPping and re/habilitation. Her work in pre-Implant assessment of infants and children is highly respected by the medical specialist. She has large no of Implantees in her list who attend regularly for MAPping and other problems related to Cochlear Implants.
She has been doing electrophysiological tests (BERA, ASSR, OAE, Audiometry) to assist the Pediatricians, Neurologists, ENT surgeons, Neurosurgeons in their differential diagnosis. Cases are referred to her from all over India for assessment of hearing impairment etc. She has presented several papers in conferences and seminars and also received awards for her excellent work.
She has recently completed her International Online Vestibular Diploma and a Certificate Course In Assessment of Vertigo and Balance Disorder from Yenepoya University , Mangalore with one week of hands-on-training under Dr. Srinivas Dorasala. She is now conducting all the tests at our clinic.
